This may include emissions associated with transport (including air travel) and energy generation. Typical offset projects include solar farms, small hydroelectric projects, tree plantings, biogas, methane avoidance, landfill gas and fuel efficient cook stoves. Choose offsets accredited under the Australian Government's National Carbon Offset Scheme or offsets generated internationally in developing nations.
