Recognising that everyone's energy needs are different, Enerven tailors solutions that include large-scale solar, battery installations, embedded networks, micro-grids for new housing developments, and replacement of mercury and sodium street lighting with LED. Enerven has installed electric vehicle charging stations as well as large scale solar systems for clients in both the CBD and North Adelaide.

Enerven is  focused on lowering its own carbon footprint. Initiatives include:

• recycling all plastic bottles and cans
• switching-off all air conditioners when not in use and only using when necessary
• undertaking environmental training to reduce the carbon footprint
• when driving, using cruise control and keeping to the speed limit and below to reduce carbon emissions
• car-pooling to work
• printing less and reusing old paper as notepads
• battery and solar installations at depots
• small disposable battery collection and recycling.
